Regular exercise is part of the path to good health and well-being. You don’t have to have a strict regimen at the gym (but that would certainly qualify). Exercise options are numerous and include calisthenics, strength training, dancing, gardening, biking and even doing household chores. Find activities that you enjoy and make them part of your routine. Participate in our Summer (May-August) Exercise Club and track your activity. When you have completed 40 hours, return your form to the city office for a prize.
