Providence City Code Amendment
Providence City Citizens,
Please take notice that the Providence City Planning Council will be holding a public hearing to discuss a proposal to amend the city code regarding the regulation of retaining walls. City Code: Title 5 - Police Regulations; Chapter 4 – Fence Regulations, Section 12 – Retaining Walls. The amendment seeks to provide clarification to retaining wall requirements.
