Providence City Adding New Code
Providence City Citizens,
Please take notice that the Providence City Council will be holding a public hearing to discuss a proposal to add new code to the city code regarding food vendors -City Code Title 3: Business and License Regulations, Chapter 13 – Mobile Food Vendors, Sections 1-6 . At the present time, the City does not have provisions for a mobile food vendor to obtain a business license. City staff has created new proposed code to enable a vendor to obtain a mobile food vendor business license.
