Providence City Adding New Code
Providence City Citizens,
Please take notice that the Providence City Council will be holding a public hearing to discuss adding new code to the city code regarding fiber-optic internet - City Code Title 7: Public Ways & Property, Chapter 12: Municipal Fiber-Optic Internet System Use and Service, Sections: 1-15 . The purpose of this code will be to help define, regulate, and govern the city’s fiber-optic system.
