Please take notice that the Providence City Planning Commission will be holding a public hearing to discuss proposed amendments to City Code Titles 2: Boards and Commissions 10: Zoning Regulations & 11: Subdivision Regulations. . During the 2023 State Legislative Session changes were made to the regulations governing subdivision land use applications and subdivision improvement plans. To be compliant with the new State regulations the city code must be amended.
