Projects and Bid Information

Procurement Policy: The purpose of this policy is to prescribe simplified procedures in order to acquire goods and/or services at the best possible cost, in the appropriate quantity and quality, at the proper time and place, for the benefit and use of the City. Specifications shall seek to promote overall economy and best use for the purposes intended and encourage competition, and shall not be unduly restrictive.

The Water/Wastewater division provides water and sewer services for the City.
WATER QUALITY REPORT 2013. The following information will be helpful in understanding the report:
* SELENIUM (Inorganic Contaminants) units were measured in Parts Per Trillion (PPT) not Parts Per Billion (PPB)
* MCLG and MCL were both 50,000 not 50.
