During July we will also have road closures for asphalt surface treatment. City-wide overview map. Daily closure maps: July 17 (LT Orange), July 19 (White), July 21 (Bright Pink), July 23 (LT Pink), July 24 includes Cemetery roads (Red), July 26 (White), and Aug 3 (Purple).
Chip seal will take place July 30 - August 3 (weather permitting). This Map shows the roads that are scheduled. Please expect delays and/or closures and beware of lose gravel. If possible, please take alternate routes.
Please use caution in and around the construction and maintenance areas. Thank you for your patience
If you are using fireworks in the open areas of the City please use caution and dispose of the debris from the fireworks properly. Debris from exploded fireworks contain chemicals that contaminate waterways. Fireworks should be disposed of properly; soak the debris in water, then the wet debris and dust should be swept up and put in a bag and placed in the regular trash instead of washed into the storm drains. 2018 Fireworks sales and discharge dates flyer.
