Appeal Authority Committee

The Appeal Authority Committee reviews, grants or denies all applications for variances, special exceptions, and non-conforming uses. Board of Adjustment meetings are once a month on the first Tuesday of the month at 6:00 p.m. as needed. The Board of Adjustment application deadline is 14 days before the meeting.

Agendas:

Agendas for the Appeal Authority Committee meetings are usually available to the public five days in advance of a scheduled meeting. Agendas are available by clicking the links below or by calling the City Office at (435) 752-9441. Agendas are also placed in the display case located outside the Providence City Office, 15 South Main and in the Herald Journal.
